RRB Group D Admit Card – Railway Recruitment Board, RRB has released the recruitment notice CEN 02/2019 for filling 62,907 Group D posts across regional RRBs.

The application process lives on February, and it would be available until March. Candidates in the age group of 18 – 31 years of age that meet the educational qualifications are eligible to apply for the posts. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is conducting exams to fill up 62,907 posts of Group D staff across the nation. The examination which will be started as per the schedule. The admit card for each examination is released four days prior to the exam. Candidates selected under the Railways Group D recruitment would get a monthly salary of 18,000 under the 7 CPC. Candidates would also get allowances permissible at the time of employment

How to Download RRB Group D Admit Card

Downloading the RRB Group D Admit Card is a straightforward process. To download the admit card, candidates can follow these steps:

  • Visit rrbmumbai.gov.in
  • Click on the recruitment notice (‘CEN-02/2019’).
  • Enter the user name and password and the captcha code.
  • Click on sign in and your admit card is displayed on the screen.
  • Check the admit card and download it.
  • Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

Students may download the admit card from various RRB websites such as- RRB Ahmedabad, RRB Ajmer, RRB Allahabad, RRB Bangalore, RRB Bhopal, RRB Bhubaneshwar, RRB Bilaspur, RRB Chandigarh, RRB Chennai, RRB Gorakhpur, RRB Guwahati, RRB Jammu, RRB Kolkata, RRB Malda, RRB Mumbai, RRB Muzaffarpur, RRB Patna, RRB Ranchi, RRB Secunderabad, RRB Siliguri, and RRB Trivandrum/ Thiruvananthapuram.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern

The examination will be held in various examination centers across the country. The duration of the RRB Group D examination will of 90 minutes for 100 objective type questions. A mock test link has been activated to get yourself accustomed to the RRB Group D exam.

Four options are given to each question out of which only one will be the correct answer. There will be negative marking for wrong answers.  1/3rd mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. RRBs are expected to release the examination details today for the candidates who have not received the same on last Sunday.

There will be 25 questions in General Science and General awareness and Current Affairs section will have 20 questions. “The section wise distribution given above is only indicative and there may be some variations in the actual question papers,” the RRB Group D notification said

100 questions in four categories—mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, general science, and general awareness and current events—will be included in the Level 1 or Group D exam. The General Intelligence and Reasoning component of the RRB Group D test will feature 30 questions, while the Mathematics section will have 25.

THREE STAGES FOR RRB GROUP D EXAMINATION

The exams are being conducted in three stages which are as follows:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Document verification.

Important Notice

Interested candidates are to take note of the following;

  • A day after candidates receive their exam details, the website for the mock test will go live. On September 9, registered candidates will receive information on the location, shift, and day of their exams. Details can be acquired online by logging into the registration system.
  • Admit cards and a valid photo ID, such as a voter card, an Aadhaar card, an eAadhaar printout, a driving license, a PAN card, a passport, an identity card provided by the employer if the candidate is a government employee, or a school, college, or university picture ID card, must be brought to the exam center.
  • On September 10, candidates who fall under the SC/ST category may download the train travel authorization. “Candidates should carefully read and adhere to the directions on the e-call letter. The official job announcement states that failure to follow the requirements could result in the withdrawal of their application.
