REET Admit Card – The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education oversees the organization of the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET). Success in REET opens doors to teaching positions in state board institutions. Two papers make up the test, each addressing a distinct level of instruction.
The first paper is intended for candidates who want to teach grades 1 through 5, while the second paper is for candidates who want to teach grades 6 through 8. Candidates must answer objective-type questions for 150 marks overall, divided among four sections, on this exam.
The teaching positions across the state board schools will be filled by REET applicants who pass the exams. The REET certificate’s validity has been reduced from seven years to three years. Those who pass REET 2024 level I will be eligible to teach students in grades 1 through 5.
While those who succeed in REET 2024’s Level II will be eligible for teaching students in grades 6 through 8. The candidate must obtain 60% of the possible points in order to pass the test. Once a candidate has been selected, they may apply for a teaching position at any school in the state of Rajasthan.

How to Download REET Admit Card

REET Exam Dates
REET 2024 is scheduled to take place on July 23 and 24, spanning various examination centers across the state. The examination will be conducted in two shifts, with the first shift running from 10 am to 12.30 pm, and the second shift from 3 pm to 5.30 pm.
This year, the exam has garnered over 16 lakh applicants. Those individuals who have successfully registered for this competitive examination will be able to access and download their admit cards from the official website in the days leading up to the exam.

REET Exam Pattern

- REET would be conducted in two levels for primary teachers for classes 1 to 5 and secondary teachers for 6 to 8.
- Both paper I and paper II will include questions from child development and pedagogy as well as language. Those opting for paper II will have to choose one of the seven languages – English, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Punjabi, and Gujarati.
- In paper I, a total of 30 questions will be asked from each subject. For paper II, as many as 30 questions each will be asked from the common subjects and 60 questions from the optional maths and science or social science subjects.

REET Exam Day Guidelines
- Reach the exam center well in advance to avoid any last-minute rush.
- Carry your REET Admit Card and a valid photo ID (Aadhar card, passport, etc.).
- Leave electronic devices, study materials, and personal belongings outside the examination hall.
- Follow the instructions of the invigilators and maintain exam decorum.
What Information Does the REET Admit Card Contain?
Your REET Admit Card contains crucial details such as your name, photograph, roll number, exam center, date, and timing. Ensure that all these details are accurate. In case of any discrepancies, contact BSER immediately.
Important Instructions
Candidates seeking to take part in the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) exam are to note the following;
- Read all instructions provided on the admit card carefully.
- Do not tamper with the admit card or write anything on it.
- Keep the admit card in good condition until the completion of the entire selection process.
- The exam will be held in two shifts on the examination day.
- Candidates will have to carry a pen and a pencil to the exam centre and avoid carrying any valuables.
- At the entry gate, checking and frisking would take place. In order to make sure that no cases of cheating are reported, RBSE has deployed two home guards along with two male police officers and two female police officers at the exam centre.
- All candidates have to reach the centre on time. The centres would open 1 hour prior and the main gates would be shut 30 minutes in advance. After this, nobody will be allowed to enter or leave the exam hall.
- All question papers will have special bar coding and serial numbers on them. Any employee found being negligent during the exam, will be suspended immediately as per the orders from the High-Powered Examination Committee constituted by the State Government.
- There will also be a flying squad deployed at each of the four exam centers. On the day of the exam, an internal flying squad will also function at every exam centre.
