AOC Written Test

- Male AOC candidates are required to complete a 1.6 km run in 7.5 minutes
- Female AOC candidates must cover 800 meters in 4 minutes.
Push-Ups:
- Male AOC candidates should perform 10 push-ups
- Female AOC candidates are expected to complete 8 push-ups.
Sit-Ups:
- Male AOC candidates need to complete 20 sit-ups
- Female AOC candidates should perform 15 sit-ups.
Medical Examination
